- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth three paragraphs.
Lost or found a pet?
Don't email - post it in Lost & Found in the app. It reaches people near you within minutes, which an inbox cannot, and the post is what other owners search.
Something wrong on a public page
Content that shouldn't be there, or a pet page you want taken down: send the link to the same address and say what the problem is. Anything involving someone's safety gets looked at first.
